Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices shown may be exclusive of applicable taxes such as GST.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from Billing in your dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and will not renew afterwards. Your account then moves to the Free plan and your existing links keep working within Free plan limits.
Refunds
- Monthly plans: we offer a full refund if you request it within 7 days of your first payment.
- Yearly plans: full refund within 14 days of purchase; after that, no refunds for the remaining period.
- Renewal payments are non-refundable, so please cancel before your renewal date.
- Accounts suspended for abuse (spam, phishing, malware) are not eligible for refunds.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
